Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GraphAI ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@oneklik.app.

3. Subscription Plans

GraphAI offers the following monthly subscription plans:

  • Starter — basic generation limits, standard quality
  • Pro — increased limits, priority processing, HD output
  • Business — highest limits, API access, commercial license

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory
  • Generate sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited)
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Generate deepfakes intended to deceive or harm
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

GraphAI and its technology remain our exclusive property. Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use outputs generated by the Service for personal or commercial purposes (per your plan).

6. User Content

You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

7. Payments

All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as set forth in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAPHAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice 14 days before taking effect.
