Terms of Service

1. Provider

GraphAI (the "Service") is provided by Artur Zakirov ("we", "us"). Contact: support@42ai.dev.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.

3. Eligibility and sanctions

You must be at least 18. You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any prohibited jurisdiction, or if you are a sanctioned/restricted person. We may block access and payments to comply with sanctions and payment-provider requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Service and credits

The Service provides tools to generate images and/or videos. Your subscription includes a monthly or annual plan and, depending on your tier, an allocation of credits ("Credits") used to access features or generations.

Credits:

• Credits are not money, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
• Credits are intended for personal/professional use within your account only.
• Unless stated otherwise on the pricing page, unused Credits do not carry over to the next billing period and reset on renewal.
• We may change credit costs per feature and credit allocations for plans with prior notice.

6. User content and responsibility

You retain rights to your inputs ("Inputs"). You are responsible for having rights to upload Inputs and for how you use outputs ("Outputs"). Outputs may be imperfect and may resemble existing works.

7. Prohibited use

You must follow our Acceptable Use / Content Policy. We may block generations, remove content, suspend accounts, and refuse service for violations.

8. Pricing, billing, and renewals

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (as selected). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that Outputs will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes

We may update the Service, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email.
