Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
2. Refunds
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable, including:
- unused subscription time,
- unused Credits,
- plan downgrades mid-period.
We may grant a discretionary refund if:
- there was a verified billing error (duplicate/incorrect charge),
- proven unauthorized charge (fraud),
- a major outage materially prevented use for an extended period.
3. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. If canceled, access continues until the end of the annual term. Credits follow the same reset/expiry rules stated in the Terms and pricing page.
4. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend the account while the dispute is investigated.
5. How to request help
Email support@42ai.dev with: account email, invoice/charge ID, date, amount, and reason.
