Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on GraphAI.

1. General Rule

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the Service and its generation features.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error on our side
  • The Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault during your billing period
  • You were charged twice for the same billing period

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind or unused credits/generations
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@oneklik.app with your account email, order/transaction ID, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
