• is pornographic or intended for sexual gratification;
• involves minors in any sexual context (zero tolerance);
• includes graphic violence/gore or incites violence;
• is hateful, harassing, or extremist propaganda;
• facilitates illegal activity (fraud, phishing, malware, sanctions evasion, etc.);
• violates privacy (doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation/deceptive deepfakes);
• infringes copyrights/trademarks or is designed to replicate protected brands/characters in a rights-violating way;
• involves access/payments from prohibited jurisdictions or sanctioned persons.
